If you can’t open the guides, it’s usually because:

• A PDF reader isn’t installed, or

• The files are still inside a ZIP folder (compressed file)

1) Install a PDF Reader (Recommended)

We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader (free).

Steps:

1. 1. Search: “Adobe Acrobat Reader download”

2. 2. Install the free version

3. 3. Re-open the PDF guides

Tip: For best results, download the PDF and open it using the installed reader (not inside the browser).

2) Extract the ZIP File First (Important)

If your download is a .zip file, you must extract it before opening the PDFs.

Windows

1. 1. Right-click the .zip file

2. 2. Select Extract All

3. 3. Click Extract

4. 4. Open the extracted folder and access the files

Mac

1. 1. Double-click the .zip file

2. macOS will extract it automatically

3. 2. Open the extracted folder

Common Fixes

• Do not open PDFs directly inside the ZIP file

• Always extract first

• Try “Open with” → select your PDF reader

• Use a desktop/laptop for best compatibility

To activate your Apex Gold Algo license, you will need an active MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading account.

1) Create an MT5 Trading Account

You may use any MT5-supported broker. If your broker offers multiple account types, many users prefer Raw/ECN-style spreads (availability varies by broker).

2) Send Your Trading Account Number (Required)

Reply to the email we just sent you (the one with the User Guide attached) and include:

• ✅ A screenshot showing your MT5 Trading Account Number (from inside MetaTrader 5)

• ⚠️ Do not send your password (we will never ask for it)

Once we receive your account number:

✔️ We verify your purchase

✔️ We generate your license for that specific account number

✔️ We email your activated EA file and next setup steps

Activation timeframe: Typically 12–48 hours depending on current volume (often sooner).

• We will never ask for your MT5 password.

• We will not message you first via random DMs.

• Our only official Discord username is: @apexgoldalgo

If anyone claims to be us and asks for credentials or payment, ignore them and contact support.
