Terms of Service – Apex Gold Algo™

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Apex Gold Algo™. By accessing, installing, or using the software, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Apex Gold Algo™ for personal trading purposes only.

• You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the software.

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, copy, modify, or create derivative works.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license without refund, and may result in legal action.

2. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in Apex Gold Algo™, including but not limited to code, branding, content, marketing materials, and documentation, remain the sole property of its creators.

• Unauthorized use or distribution will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

3. No Financial Advice

• Apex Gold Algo™ is a software tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

4. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

• Trading involves risk. You may lose part or all of your invested capital.

• By using Apex Gold Algo™, you voluntarily accept all associated risks.

• You agree not to hold Apex Gold Algo™, its creators, or affiliates responsible for any losses or damages.

5. Refund Policy

• All sales are final, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Gold Algo™, its creators, and affiliates disclaim all liability for:

  • Direct or indirect losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

  • Damages resulting from reliance on performance claims or software use.

• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex Gold Algo™, its owners, developers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the software.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

9. No Partnership or Guarantee

• Using Apex Gold Algo™ does not create any partnership, joint venture, or guarantee of financial success between you and the creators.

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
